ALEXANDER WIDÉN, Senior Advisor
Alexander works in our Stockholm team. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and communications management, and a certification as future strategist from Swedish research institute Kairo’s Future. Alexander has worked in several industries in Sweden: from finance and banking to creative communications and food industry.
Fredric Hammarström, Senior Advisor
Fredric works in our Stockholm team, focusing on our clients in both Sweden, Norway and Denmark. He has a master of science in Business and Economics. Fredric has extensive experience in the beverage industry, and as a consultant specializing in commercial and marketing operations.
Peter Markström, Senior Advisor
Peter is part of our Stockholm team and helps our clients in Swedish, German, English and Norwegian. He is a history graduate with extensive international working experience. Peter has worked in education, advertising and international legal services in Sweden, Malta and Germany.
HARRI LEINIKKA, CEO
Harri is the CEO and founding partner of Reputation and Trust Analytics. Harri has over 20 years of experience in communications and reputation management. He has worked at media company Alma Media and on the management team of Economy and youth TAT.
Riku Ruokolahti, Development Director
Riku Ruokolahti is Development Director of Reputation and Trust Analytics. He is responsible for the Reputation&Trust business and coaches senior management and management teams in holistic reputation management. Riku holds an MBA from Henley Business School.
ELINA MELGIN, SENIOR ADVISOR
Elina Melgin is a Senior Advisor at Reputation and Trust Analytics. Prior to joining Reputation and Trust Analytics, Elina served as CEO of ProCom and developed the communications industry as a board member of Global Alliance. She has worked as a Managing Editor at Nokia Corporation and as Head of Communications at the University of Art and Design.
NINA LAAKSO, SENIOR ADVISOR
Nina Laakso is a Senior Advisor at Reputation and Trust Analytics and an expert in ethical leadership and responsibility. In her doctoral research, Nina explored the construction of leadership through narrative methods. Nina has previously worked as a Researcher, Research Manager at Finnish Center for Integrity in Sports and as a public administration leadership developer.
SARI MAUNULA, RESEARCH DIRECTOR
Sari Maunula directs Reputation and Trust Analytics’ research team. She has previously worked as a Research Manager at market research company Taloustutkimus and Aegis Media. Sari has a broad experience in brand and reputation research as well as human resources research.
PETTERI PUSKA, Leading Researcher
Petteri Puska works as a Leading Researcher at Reputation and Trust Analytics. He is responsible for the implementation of customer-driven research projects. Previously, Petteri worked as a consumer researcher at the University of Vaasa. In his PhD thesis he examined the reputational aspects of green consumption.
Andrei Sergejeff, Senior Advisor
Andrei is a Senior Advisor based in Helsinki. He offers his expertise to clients throughout the Nordic and Baltic countries. Andrei has a background in economic and social history and over a decade of experience managing organizational reputation in the corporate and public administration sectors. He is also a respected nonfiction author.
Katja Kämäräinen, RESEARCH MANAGER
Katja works as a Research Manager for Reputation and Trust Analytics and is in charge of customer and project-specific researches.
JOONAS TARPILA, DATA LEAD
Joonas Tarpila is responsible for conducting extensive company-specific quantitative analyses in addition to daily analysis and reporting. Joonas has a degree in applied mathematics.

Kai-Verneri Kaksonen works as a Relationship Manager at Reputation and Trust Analytics, helping our clients to measure their reputation and develop their stakeholder relationships.
HENRIK SCHARP, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Henrik Scharp is a Chairman of the Board of Reputation and Trust Analytics. He is working for Neqst: an investment firm specialising in profitable growth companies within the software and IT-services sectors, with emphasis on the Nordic region. Henrik has more than 15 years’ experience of investing in and building companies in the industrial and technology sectors.
PER LINDTORP, BOARD MEMBER
Per Lindtorp is a Board Member of Reputation and Trust Analytics. He is working for Neqst. Per has extensive experience in leading global M&A and capital raising projects for technology companies.
Kaisa Laurila, Advisor
Kaisa works as an advisor in the Reputation and Trust Analytics advisory team, helping organizations with reputation measurement and management. Her areas of expertise include conducting industry-specific research projects that explore not only organizational reputation but also sector-specific phenomena. Kaisa also has a strong background in communications specialist roles. She is currently on parental leave.
Lauri Leppo, Advisor
Lauri supports our clients in initiating and coordinating research projects as well as in utilizing the results. Before joining Reputation and Trust Analytics, Lauri worked for many years in the financial sector building and deepening customer relationships, where he has seen first-hand the importance of trust and reputation in practice.
Susanna Saarenpää, Advisor
Susanna supports our clients in initiating and coordinating research projects as well as in utilizing the results. She has a strong background in developing and coaching employee and customer experience.
Tiina Hulkko, Advisor
Tiina supports our clients in research projects and in utilizing the results. She is studying international business, and before joining Reputation and Trust Analytics, she worked in customer relationship development at Sanoma.
Tuukka Lampén, Junior Advisor
Tuukka supports our clients in coordinating reputation research and in reputation management. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on corporate management, and his areas of expertise include competitive advantage, value creation, and sustainability. Previously, Tuukka has worked in the industrial sector and in the insurance industry, in roles that involved both customer and supplier interfaces.
Tuuli Pohjola, Communications Specialist
Tuuli is responsible for planning and implementing Reputation and Trust Analytics’ external communications. Before joining Reputation and Trust Analytics, she worked as a Communications Specialist at the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK), the Ministry of the Environment, and Miltton. Tuuli is currently on parental leave.
Elina Seppä, Coordinator
Elina works in communications at Reputation and Trust Analytics. Her responsibilities include events, marketing, internal communications, and social media. Previously, Elina worked in communications at Fennovoima, a Finnish nuclear energy company.
Marjo Seppä, Team Leader
Marjo is the team lead of the research team at Reputation and Trust Analytics and is also responsible for client- and project-specific research among a wide range of stakeholder groups. Before joining Reputation and Trust Analytics, Marjo worked for many years as a Research Manager at Kantar TNS.
Mari Isotalo, Research Manager
Mari works at Reputation and Trust Analytics as a Research Manager, responsible for client and project specific research. She has previously worked at Promenade Insight, Accountor Services Oy, HR4, and Kantar TNS, and has extensive experience in researching employee experience.
Pekka Harjunkoski, Research Manager
Pekka works at Reputation and Trust Analytics as a Research Manager, responsible for conducting client and project specific research. He has a strong background in B2B customer research and data-driven management.
Antti Pennala, Senior Data Analyst
Antti works in the Data Team at Reputation and Trust Analytics, analyzing data and preparing meta-analyses for both sales purposes and webinars. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Economics, and his thesis examined how the reputation of private investors in publicly listed companies correlates with financial performance.
Elsa Rajala, Data Engineer
Elsa is part of the Data Team at Reputation and Trust Analytics, working with data analysis and reporting.
Jaakko Reinikainen, Senior Development Engineer
Jaakko is part of the Data Team at Reputation and Trust Analytics, with responsibilities including data analysis, report automation, programming production systems, and preparing research reports and meta-analyses. In his studies, Jaakko focused on business analytics, and he has previously worked at Kesko as a supply chain management specialist.
Emil Oksanen, Data Analyst
Emil works in the Data Team at Reputation and Trust Analytics, focusing on data analysis and reporting. He is studying Finance with a minor in Computer Science at Hanken and is also a professional ice hockey player.
Anni Seppänen, Junior Data Engineer
Anni works in the data team, focusing on reporting and data analysis. She is a Bachelor of Business Administration in IT, with a specialization in software development. In addition, Anni is currently studying computer science at Aalto University.
Elli Männikkö, Junior Data Analyst
Elli works in the data team, focusing on data analysis and reporting. She has studied information systems at Åbo Akademi University, with a focus on business analytics.
Eila Lahti, Head of Data Collection, Quality Manager, and Data Protection Officer
Eila leads the data collection team at Reputation and Trust Analytics and serves as Quality Manager, also overseeing data protection matters. She supervises the maintenance of Reputation and Trust Analytics’ ISO 20252:2019 quality management system. Eila has over 20 years of experience in research.
Kirsi Koskinen, Data Collection Coordinator
Kirsi is part of Reputation and Trust Analytics’ in-house data collection team. She has previously worked, among others, as a Project Manager at Protone and VSP. In total, she has over 20 years of experience in customer service as well as in various sales and marketing roles.
Hilla Koivula, Research Assistant
Hilla works in both the data collection and research teams at Reputation and Trust Analytics. Her responsibilities include collecting data for research projects conducted through phone and email interviews, as well as closely collaborating during the reporting phase of reputation analyses.
Teemu Inkinen, Research Assistant
