Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing
The processing of personal data is based on Reputation and Trust Analytics’ legitimate interest. The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate information about Reputation and Trust Analytics’ operations. Samples are taken from the register for Reputation and Trust Analytics’ marketing activities conducted via email and telephone.

Personal data may be collected and updated from publicly available sources. Data may also be obtained directly from the data subject, for example, when subscribing to the Reputation and Trust Analytics newsletter or registering for events.

Access to the data is limited to those individuals employed by Reputation and Trust Analytics and its subcontractors whose job duties require the processing of such data. Personal data contained in the registry will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with this privacy policy.
Deleting Data
Personal data may be deleted at the individual’s request. Requests may be submitted to the email address below or in writing to the company’s office. If you wish to be removed from our marketing database, please send your request to: tutkimus@reptrust.com.
