This is the fifth year we have been studying the reputation of companies in the human resources services sector as a separate research project. This allows us to identify the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the sector, as well as other changes that have taken place over time.

We have been studying the reputation of the tourism and restaurant industry as a separate research project since 2018. In this round of research, industry stakeholders have the opportunity to focus specifically on responsibility and employer practices.

Specialized Research on Publicly Traded Companies
This study, conducted in collaboration with the Shareholders’ Association and the Stock Exchange Foundation, explores retail investors’ perceptions of publicly traded companies and their operations. In addition, the study sheds light on the factors that influence retail investors’ confidence, as well as their willingness to invest in and recommend a company.

A Study of Companies with the Best and Worst Reputations
Reputation and Trust Analytics publishes an annual list of Finland’s 10 companies with the best and worst reputations. Companies in any industry can participate in the survey and compare themselves to Finland’s best.

This is the fourth year we have been systematically researching the reputation of companies in the food industry. This round of research allows us to delve deeper into the views of different age groups regarding these companies. Alko, Fazer, and Valio, among others, are satisfied customers of ours.
Employer Reputation in the Social and Health Care Sector
In 2023, we conducted our first-ever survey of social and health care professionals’ views on the sector’s stakeholders as a whole.

Specialized Research in Finance
We have been researching the reputation of the financial sector and the organizations operating within it for several years now. Both the Finnish Financial Services Association and the largest players in the industry know us well: many of these organizations use our model not only at the executive management level but also at the board level.
The Appeal and Impact of Cities
We have developed our own “Attractiveness & Impact” research model for cities, which we launched in 2020. The cities of Kerava and Tampere were the first to begin collaborating with us.
