Reputation and Trust Analytics
Our Commitment to Sustainability
Trust doesn't just happen.
It is earned through actions.
The same principle guides us as a research company: we uphold high ethical standards, operate transparently, and take responsibility for our work toward society, our clients, and the people we study.
Research Ethics and Data Protection
Ethical research is the foundation of our work, not an added bonus. All of our research adheres to international principles of research ethics, and when processing personal data, we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and industry best practices.
The anonymity of respondents is non-negotiable for us—the data of individual respondents is never disclosed to the client or to third parties. Research results are reported solely as statistical aggregates.
Certified research activities
Reputation and Trust Analytics’ research operations in Finland are certified in accordance with the international ISO 20252:2019 standard. The certification was granted by SGS Fimko Oy and covers the production and service processes of our research services, including sampling (Annex A) as well as data management and processing (Annex F).
The certificate verifies that our research processes meet international quality requirements from data collection to reporting.
ISO 20252 is an internationally recognized quality standard in the field of research, and compliance with it is monitored by an independent third party through regular audits. Our research results are based on methods that meet international scientific and ethical requirements. Data collection, sampling, and data processing are conducted in a transparent and well-documented manner.
Certification is part of our commitment to responsibility: we want to be a research partner whose operations can be trusted.
Social Impact
We study trust and reputation because we believe they are key drivers of a well-functioning society.
We openly publish our research findings, engage in public discourse, and provide information to support decision-making in both the private and public sectors. Collaboration with the media is an integral part of how we operate.
We have been in the industry for 29 years, and during that time we have produced over 3,700 studies that have helped hundreds of Finnish organizations understand and develop their stakeholder relationships.

WWF Green Office
We use theWWF Green Officeenvironmental management system and hold the corresponding certification, which demonstrates our commitment to environmental considerations in our work. We are committed to integrating environmental practices into the daily routine of our work community, both in the office and when working remotely.
Our Green Office goals
1. Science-based climate targets (SBT commitment)
2. Serving responsible and climate-friendly food
3. Reducing energy consumption in the office and while working remotely
4. Developing recycling infrastructure in the office
Climate Actions
Climate responsibility is an ongoing process for us. We regularly assess our operations and actively work to improve our practices. Our primary climate action has been to reduce emissions based on a comprehensive Scope 1–3 calculation starting in 2021.
The office has switched entirely to renewable energy, and recycling efforts have been stepped up.
In addition to offsetting our emissions, we have acquired our own carbon sink in Pudasjärvi: a total of 35 hectares of peatland.
