T-Media is a Finnish research firm specializing in measuring and developing an organization’s most valuable intangible assets: trust and reputation. Over the past 20 years, we have conducted more than 2,000 Reputation&Trust for our clients around the world. Our company’s goal is to influence organizational leadership in a way that is more sustainable for stakeholders and society.
Our roots lie in the Finnish scientific community and interdisciplinary collaboration. T-Media was founded in 1997 based on the vision of three students. We are committed to quality and interdisciplinary expertise, and we are always open to new ideas. Our work is based on academic research and best practices, which we combine with our own observations.
The History and Values of T-Media
Our initial goal was to connect universities, the business community, and students. We wanted to help students discover interesting career opportunities and help companies find the best talent. We start by offering engaging content and will later provide research as well.
We are proud to have served all of our country’s universities, successful startups, Finnish family businesses, international publicly traded companies, industry associations, and the public sector. In 2020, we were ranked among Finland’s 100 most successful companies in Kauppalehti’s assessment, which demonstrates our commitment to responsible business practices.
