The processing of personal data is based on Reputation and Trust Analytics’ legitimate interest. Samples are drawn from the registry for surveys conducted by Reputation and Trust Analytics via email.

The information in the registry was provided by the respondents themselves. This information was collected when they registered for the panel. The data has not been linked to any other data.

Principles for the Protection of Personal Data and Disclosure to Third Parties

Access to the data is limited to those individuals employed by Reputation and Trust Analytics and its subcontractors whose job duties require the processing of data for the purpose of sending invitations. We have ensured that all our service providers comply with data protection laws. The data is protected appropriately: computers and systems are secured with technological solutions. The data is not disclosed to third parties.

Transfer of data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area


Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Rights of the Data Subject

Participation in research is always voluntary. In addition, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, data subjects have the right at any time to:

  • to obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
  • the right to check what information about him or her has been stored in the registry;
  • request the correction of inaccurate or incorrect personal data and the completion of such data;
  • request the deletion of their personal data.

The data subject must submit a request to exercise the aforementioned right by email or in writing to the company’s office. The data controller may refuse to comply with the request on grounds provided for in applicable law.

Data retention period

Personal data contained in the registry will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with this privacy policy.

Deleting Data

Personal data may be deleted at the individual’s request. Requests may be submitted to the email address below or in writing to the company’s office.

As a respondent, you have the right to decline to receive survey invitations.

If you wish to be removed from our research registry, please send a request to tutkimus@reptrust.com.

Reputation and Trust Analytics may make changes to this Privacy Policy and the information contained herein.
