We are looking for two sales specialists to join our growing and increasingly international research company. You will be involved in client acquisition and relationship development, working with the research studies our clients love. You’ll have a front-row seat to witness the journey of our client organizations as they build their brand.

T-Media is an entrepreneur-driven consulting firm that provides top-tier research services for reputation and stakeholder relationship management. We are proud to serve a large number of respected Finnish family businesses, world-class startups, major publicly traded companies, and numerous industry associations. For four decades now, we have also collaborated on research with numerous public administration organizations, Finnish and foreign universities, and various associations. Abroad, we operate under the name Reputation and Trust Analytics.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a people-oriented colleague who is passionate about sales and analytics to join our friendly team of experts as part of our sales advisory team. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to executives at the management team level, so you’ll need the ability to engage in strategic-level discussions.

For the Advisor position, we are primarily looking for someone with experience in solution-based sales and consulting. A strong network in the business world, public administration, or the nonprofit sector will help you succeed in this role.

For the role of Junior Advisor, we are looking for someone with sales experience and the ability to learn quickly. Experience in customer service gained during your studies or in student organizations (e.g., fundraising, serving on the board, etc.) is a plus.

Success in both roles requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and presentation skills, and a college degree in business or a related field. An interest in general trends and global developments is also beneficial.

What is your role?

Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new clients and growing existing client relationships. You’ll work closely with clients, and your responsibilities will also include presenting the results of the research you sell and, based on your experience, communicating the action recommendations identified by the analyst to clients—in other words, you’ll accompany the client through the process from start to finish!

Our office is located in downtown Helsinki, and you’re welcome to visit us any weekday. However, we know that success at work doesn’t depend on your location, so hybrid work is also an option!
