Highlights from the Reputation&Trust Awards in photos and a webinar recording
On Wednesday, November 16, 2022, we honored Finland’s most prestigious companies for the tenth time. At the same time, we celebrated the 25th anniversary of T-Media and the 10th anniversary of Reputation&Trust.
The event was held at the Swedish-Finnish Cultural Center on the seaside island of Hanasaari. You can watch the full webinar recording below:
The Reputation&Trust conducted by T-Media assessed the reputation of companies operating in Finland for the tenth time. The survey reveals that the companies with the best reputations in 2022 are Supercell, Ponsse, and KONE, with Tietoevry as the year’s rising star. New additions to the list of companies with poor reputations include Teboil, Kärkkäinen, Hesburger, and Fortum. The event also covered the history of T-Media and the origins Reputation&Trust. The panel discussion featured expert insights on the importance of ESG in today’s responsible business practices. The panel, moderated by T-Media’s Development Director Riku Ruokolahti, featured Lauri Sipponen, CEO of Laitilan Wirvoitusjuomatehdas; Nina Elomaa, Head of Sustainability at S Group; and Leo Stranius, CEO of Third Rock.
The awards were presented by Jyri Häkämies, CEO of the Confederation of Finnish Industries.

CEO Harri Leinikka reflected on T-Media’s 25-year history and presented the brand-new book *Mihin mainetta tarvitaan* (Where Reputation Is Needed).
Nora Elers, Director of Communications at EK, has been following T-Media since its founding in 1997. Nora also spoke about EK’s “Good Company” campaign.

Riku Ruokolahti, Director of Development, gave an overview of T-Media’s history and the early days of Reputation&Trust.

The Reputation&Trust survey examined the reputation of 30 companies operating in Finland among the general public. CEO Harri Leinikka and Research Director Sari Maunula present the survey’s key findings.
The panel discussion, moderated by Riku Ruokolahti, focused on ESG. The panelists included Lauri Sipponen, CEO of Laitilan Wirvoitusjuomatehdas; Nina Elomaa, Head of Sustainability at S Group; and Leo Stranius, CEO of Third Rock.
Leo Stranius said he is dedicated to our planet and that sustainability must be on everyone’s agenda. According to Leo, sustainability isn’t just an action—it’s a way of life. According to Nina Elomaa, there is only one way to do business, and that is sustainably.
Jyri Häkämies, CEO of EK, spoke with Harri Leinikka about entrepreneurship, after which he presented awards to Finland’s most successful companies.
TietoEVRY was named "Rising Star of the Year." Elina Melgin, a senior analyst at T-Media, interviewed Kia Haring about this impressive achievement.
KONE was named the third most reputable company. The award was accepted by Eveliina Linderborg, Head of Communications.

T-Media conducted its tenth annual survey of the reputation of companies operating in Finland from May to July. This year’s Reputation&Trust survey . Of the top three companies, Supercell and Ponsse achieved excellent reputation scores of 4.11 and 4.06, respectively. KONE ranked third among the most reputable companies with a solid score of 3.93.
