We published on Independence Day Results of the Reputation&Trust in Public Administration Survey. In our latest webinar of the year, held on Wednesday, December 14, we took a closer look at the actions behind positive changes in reputation. You can watch the entire webinar below:
The main theme of the webinar was anseende of public administration. Participating in the discussion were the Director General of the State Treasury, Timo Laitinen, and the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defense, Esa Pulkkinen, and Bishop Kaisamari Hintikka, Head of PR and Media at Business Finland Tomi Korhonen , and Senior Specialist at T-Media Nina Laakso.

The panel , moderated by Riku Ruokolahti , included Kaisamari Hintikka, Bishop of the Diocese of Espoo; Esa Pulkkinen, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defense; and Nina Laakso.

Taito Vainio, Director of the Emergency Response Center, accepted the award for the third-best organization Reputation&Trust of public administration.
The Rescue Service is the most prestigious public administration agency, tied for first place with the Border Guard. Pictured are Rescue Director Harri Setälä and Senior Rescue Director Kimmo Kohvakka.

The team at T-Media's studio celebrated after a successful webinar.
T-Media surveyed the reputation of public administration organizations in October 2022, with a total of 9,583 Finns responding to the survey. The Border Guard and the Rescue Services, which tied for first place, had a reputation score of 3.95, with both organizations successfully improving their reputation. The Emergency Response Center Agency came in third with a score of 3.85. Reputation&Trust, a reputation score on a scale of 1–5 is calculated for each organization across eight different categories.
