Lauri Leppo, a financial services professional, has joined our team

Our team of experts was further strengthened when Lauri Leppo, a veteran of customer relations and the financial sector, joined T-Media as an expert.

Lauri has extensive experience in the banking sector; before joining T-Media, he worked in sales at Aktia. At T-Media, Lauri assists our clients in launching and coordinating research projects and in applying the results.

In his work, Lauri places great importance on data-driven management and self-improvement. “Developing oneself and new methods cannot be based solely on gut feelings; data is also needed,” Lauri explains.

Lauri became familiar with T-Media’s Reputation&Trust when he read the handbookanseende Riku Ruokolahti, T-Media’s Director of Development:

“The book helped me understand anseende trust and anseende in my work with clients. Reputation&Trust allows me to explore issues that are directly tied to my own values. For example, a good customer experience ranks very high on my list of values,” says Lauri.

In his free time, the competitive Lauri relaxes best by playing sports, and he is particularly interested in sports where he can see tangible progress. Lauri is a familiar sight on golf courses and endurance trails.
