Recording of the " Reputation&Trust in Public Administration" Webinar

 

The topic Reputation&Trust annual Public Administration Reputation&Trust was public trust in public administration and government agencies, and its impact on our internal security. In Reputation&Trust 2024 Public Administration Reputation&Trust , the most reputable organizations are the Border Guard and the FinnHEMS medical helicopter service. Also among the top-ranked are the Emergency Response Center and the Rescue Services. The police saw the biggest increase in reputation.

The webinar featured a discussion with Police Chief Ilkka Koskimäki, Riitta Väkeväinen, Director of Communications at the National Emergency Supply Agency; Kati Lepojärvi, Director of Communications at the Border Guard; Jari Huhtinen, CEO of FinnHEMS; Jarmo Laurila, Head of the Kerava Emergency Response Center; Seppo Lokka, Director of Rescue and Safety Services at the Rescue Department; Pauliina Eskola, Head of the Rescue Operations Unit; and Antti Isokangas, Communications Consultant.
