PowerPark is Finland's most renowned amusement park

PowerPark was named Finland’s most reputable amusement park Reputation&Trust Amusement Parks Reputation&Trust conducted by Reputation and Trust Analytics. The survey also reveals that Finnish amusement parks have a better reputation as employers than the tourism and restaurant industry in general.

PowerPark, which has emerged as Finland’s most reputable amusement park, received a reputation score of 3.81 Reputation&Trust Amusement Parks Reputation&Trust. This indicates a strong reputation: on the five-point scale Reputation&Trust, an organization is considered to have a good reputation if its score falls between 3.50 and 3.99.

“PowerPark has boosted its reputation, particularly in the ‘workplace’ category, which reflects employer image, with an increase of 0.13 points from the previous year. This is the largest single increase in the survey this year,” saysSusanna Saarenpää, an expert at Reputation and Trust Analytics.

The industry's image as an employer is a significant factor

The employer image also plays a role in the overall reputation of the amusement park industry.

“Amusement parks receive a score of 3.40 in this category, while the corresponding score for the entire restaurant and tourism industry is 3.14. The difference is therefore significant,” says Susanna Saarenpää, an expert at Reputation and Trust Analytics.

“Amusement parks employ a huge number of seasonal workers, and many young people gain their first work experience there. In that sense, too, the image of amusement parks as employers is a significant factor,” Saarenpää notes.

This is how we conducted the study

The aim of the " Reputation&Trust " survey of amusement parks was to assess the reputation of key industry players among the general public. Data for the survey was collected via an online questionnaire between September 15 and September 28, 2025.

Organizations were evaluated using Reputation and Trust Analytics’ Reputation&Trust, in which an organization’s reputation score is calculated as the average of eight different sub-areas. These areas are corporate governance, finance, leadership, innovation, interaction, products & services, workplace, and responsibility. The study used a five-point rating scale: “
” (1–5).

A total of 1,185 Finns participated in the survey. The survey targeted Finns aged 15–65 nationwide (excluding the Åland Islands). The sample was weighted to be representative of the population by gender, age, and region of residence.

The margin of error for the entire dataset is at most approximately 2.85 percentage points in either direction.
