T-Media is Finland’s leading company specializing in reputation and sustainability research and strategic consulting. We have served hundreds of organizations in nearly 50 countries.

Our most highly regarded research product is Reputation&Trust. We use it to analyze the structure of our clients’ reputations and identify the areas that, when developed, will yield the greatest business benefits for our clients. However, our work serves a greater purpose. We serve as advisors to publicly traded companies, private enterprises, and public organizations, helping them build better relationships with their stakeholders and the surrounding community.

As a researcher or research manager, you will participate in the planning and launch of our research projects, as well as in the analysis and reporting of results. We expect you to have experience in research, as well as a business or other relevant degree and a customer-oriented approach. You can apply for the researcher position even if you are a recent graduate.

You have strong project management skills, are comfortable with numbers, and are proficient in Excel. You’re eager to learn, but also willing to handle routine tasks. You’re interested in organizational reputation and responsibility. We value precision and the right attitude more than a long resume.
