Public Administration Reputation&Trust – Webinar Highlights

On Friday, December 17, the most prestigious organizations in the public sector were announced during a live webinar broadcast from the Halti Nature Center. You can watch the full recording of the webinar here.

The event featured, among other things, the key findings of the Reputation&Trust Public Administration Reputation&Trust survey and thoughts from Kati Kalliomäki, Director of Communications, on the Tax Administration’s creative communications. In a panel discussion, Päivi Nerg, Under-Secretary of State for Administrative Policy at the Ministry of Finance; Pasi Kostamovaara, Chief of the Border Guard; and Jaakko Kiandero, CEO of Keva, discussed the importance of public trust in public administration for the overall security of citizens.

The event culminated in an awards ceremony honoring the most reputable organizations in the public sector. In this year’s survey, the Emergency Response Center and the Border Guard achieved the highest overall scores. The Rescue Services came in third.
