Our international expansion continues – next up are the UK and France

Reputation and Trust Analytics continues to expand internationally. Our study on Germany received massive international media attention, and next up are the UK and France.

Reputation and Trust Analytics has emerged as the market leader in the Nordic countries in anseende and development. We have been conducting extensive national research in Finland Reputation&Trust continuously since 2013, and we expanded our national-level measurements to Sweden in 2019 and to Norway and Denmark in 2022.

In Germany, we have also been conducting national-level research since 2022. Last year’s study in Germany garnered exceptionally widespread media attention: the international media published over 100 articles on the study across more than 20 different countries. This shows that information about reputation is of interest to decision-makers and the media everywhere.

We are now taking the next step and expanding our operations to the United Kingdom and France. These new markets are a natural extension of our growth strategy; both countries are major economic regions where reputation management has become a key management issue and a driver of improved business performance.

“It’s great to see Reputation and Trust Analytics expanding its operations to the United Kingdom—especially since both Riku and Harri are alumni of Henley Business School and the model also has British roots. The success of their model comes as no surprise—it is built on best practices and is regularly updated to ensure it remains relevant,” says Kevin Money, professor and director of the John Madejski Centre for Reputation at Henley Business School.

Our international expansion is built on the same strong methodological foundation that has made us a trusted partner in the Nordic countries. Our goal is to develop a similar national-level benchmark dataset in the UK and France—one that has made our service indispensable to our Nordic clients.

“We have, of course, conducted surveys in France and the UK before; in total, Reputation&Trust has already been used in over 40 countries. However, until now we have only conducted comprehensive country-specific surveys at the national level in the Nordic countries, the Baltics, and Germany. It’s great to soon be able to provide our existing clients with comparative data from these new major markets as well—and at the same time open the door to new client relationships,” says Harri Leinikka, CEO of Reputation and Trust Analytics.

National surveys in France and the UK will begin next summer, with results expected in early fall 2026. As part of the same survey cycle, Finnish brands and companies will have the opportunity to assess their own brand awareness and reputation relative to their local competitors.
