Reputation&Trust conducted by T-Media reveals that the companies with the best reputations in 2023 are Fazer, KONE, and Valio. Newcomers to the list of companies with the poorest reputations include Masku and fast-fashion giants Shein and H&M. Overall criticism of companies has increased, while perceptions of their sustainability have declined. You can read more in our press release.

Sari Lounasmeri, CEO of the Finnish Stock Exchange Foundation, presented the award for the highest ESG rating Reputation&Trust of listed companies to Tiina Kautonen, Ponsse’s Head of Human Resources.

 

Harri Leinikka, CEO of T-Media, and Minna Vanhala-Harmanen, CEO of the Family Business Association, presented awards to Finland’s most prestigious companies.

The award was accepted by Gia Forsman-Härkönen, Head of Communications.

 

The award for the most prestigious company was accepted by Joséphine Mickwitz, Fazer’s Head of Communications and Corporate Responsibility.

 

The Top Three

 

The goal of the Reputation&Trust survey was to assess the reputation of companies operating in Finland among Finns. A total of 11,173 Finns participated in the survey. Of the top three companies, Fazer received a reputation score of 3.94, KONE 3.93, and Valio 3.77.

The Reputation&Trust survey, which examined the reputation of 30 companies operating in Finland among the general public. The survey, conducted from May to July, included 11,173 Finnish respondents. Each company is assigned its own reputation score based on eight critical anseende on a scale of one to five, with a margin of error typically of 0.04 units.
