T-Media has been awarded an ISO quality certification for its research
Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy has awarded T-Media Oy an ISO 20252:2019 certificate in recognition of its research service and production processes, as well as their development and management, in accordance with the standard.
As part of the audit, the management of samples and data, as well as data processing, were also reviewed in accordance with the standard.
“Quality monitoring and improvement are at the heart of what we do, which is why we implemented an ISO-certified quality management system tailored to our industry. With this, we want to demonstrate that our research is conducted ethically and that respondents’ rights are respected. It was a pleasure to see that no non-conformities were found in the first audit,” says T-Media’s Research Director Sari Maunula.
The ISO 20252 certification awarded to T-Media is an international market research quality standard designed to raise the quality of market research and improve the operational processes of market research companies.

The organization responsible for developing the standard is ISO (the International Organization for Standardization). The goal of a company that complies with the standard is to continuously improve its services and enhance customer satisfaction.
“Certified processes ensure the reliability of research, and a certified company is a guarantee of quality,” confirms Eila Lahti, who is responsible for internal auditing at T-Media.
