Reputation&Trust 2019 – A Glimpse of the Festive Atmosphere

 

Reputation&Trust 2019 Reputation&Trust were held on Monday, October 29—here are some highlights from the event. Below, Riku Ruokolahti asks whether your communications manager is also responsible for your company’s most critical risk—and competitive advantage.

At the event, we unveiled the resultsReputation&Trust latest Reputation&Trust and honored Finland’s most reputable companies for 2019.

The top three most prestigious companies held their ground from the previous year: the most prestigious company is forestry machinery manufacturer Ponsse, while elevator and escalator manufacturer Kone rose to second place in the overall rankings as gaming company Supercell relinquished its silver medal position from last year and dropped to third place.

The awards for Finland’s most prestigious companies were presented by Juho Romakkaniemi, CEO of the Central Chamber of Commerce. The awards were accepted by Linda Helén from Supercell, Juha Vidgrén from Ponsse, and Anu Sirkiä from Kone.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the event—congratulations to Finland’s most renowned artists and those who made it onto the charts!

Harri Leinikka, CEO of T-Media, opened the event held at the Palace.
Riku Ruokolahti, Director of Development at T-Media, said that reputation has an even greater impact on stakeholder support.
The panel discussion on the relationship between reputation and the media featured Harri Broman, Commercial Counselor; Minna Holopainen, Executive Editor of STT; Emilia Kullas, Director of EVA; and Kari Väisänen, CEO of TAT.
Leo Stranius, Head of Sustainable Future at T-Media Relations, said that achieving carbon neutrality requires pioneering companies.
Linda Helén, Supercell’s Head of Communications, accepted the bronze award from Juho Romakkaniemi.
Anu Sirkiä, Director of Communications, was there to accept the Silver Award.
Kai Kaksonen of T-Media interviewed Juha Vidgrén, chairman of the board of Ponsse, Finland’s most prestigious company in 2019.
