Senior Advisor Fredric Hammarström: “What matters more for the success of an organisation than its reputation? I’ll wait”
The latest addition to our team is Fredric Hammarström, who focuses on the Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish markets. We asked Fredric a couple of questions to introduce him.
Hi Fredric! We’re delighted to have you onboard. To introduce you to the people who have yet to meet you: who are you, and where do you come from?
I’m Fredric, originally from the lovely town of Uppsala, living in Stockholm for half my life.
My professional background is marked by two decades with the world’s largest family-owned spirits company, Bacardi. I led their Nordics business for 10 years before starting my own consultancy a few years ago, helping companies sharpen their commercial operations.
How did you end up as a part of our team?
I noticed a LinkedIn post that you were looking to expand the team with someone with Nordic experience. And I was really missing the sense of being a part of a team, so I jumped at the opportunity.
What attracted you to Reputation and Trust Analytics?
Joining a scale-up for a proven success was basically what the brief I wrote myself looked like. Beyond that, to be able to capitalise on my experience of B2B sales for a service that ultimately helps solidify societal democracy – what’s not to love!
What are your thoughts on reputation, trust, and also the Reputation&Trust research model now that you’ve had a chance to get properly acquainted with it?
What matters more for the success of an organisation than its reputation? I’ll wait.
Our model is unique—not only for its academically grounded approach, but also for the actionable insights it provides. It doesn’t just reveal the structure of an organisation’s reputation; it identifies the strategically prioritised dimensions to develop to strengthen stakeholder behaviour. It’s truly a gem.
What does your typical workday consist of?
I’m a senior advisor focusing on growing our Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish footprint.
A typical workday involves contacting organisations across a variety of industries and getting them excited about the prospect of understanding and improving their most valuable intangible asset, reputation.
