We process personal data only to the extent necessary for our research activities and the management of our customer relationships. The data is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures and will not be disclosed to third parties without a valid reason.

Eila leads the data collection team at Reputation and Trust Analytics and serves as Quality Manager, with responsibility for data protection matters. She oversees the maintenance of Reputation and Trust Analytics’ ISO 20252:2019 quality management system. Eila has over 20 years of experience in research.
