Senior Advisor Fredric Hammarström: “What matters more to an organization’s success than its reputation? I’ll wait.”
The latest addition to our team is Fredric Hammarström, who focuses on the Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish markets. We asked Fredric a few questions to introduce him.
Hi Fredric! We’re thrilled to have you on board. To introduce you to those who haven’t met you yet: who are you, and where are you from?
My name is Fredric. I’m originally from the lovely town of Uppsala, and I’ve been living in Stockholm for half my life.
My professional background spans two decades with Bacardi, the world’s largest family-owned spirits company. I led their Nordic operations for 10 years before launching my own consulting firm a few years ago, where I help companies optimize their commercial operations.
How did you end up joining our team?
I saw a post on LinkedIn saying you were looking to expand the team with someone who has experience in the Nordic region. And since I really missed the feeling of being part of a team, I jumped at the chance.
What attracted you to Reputation and Trust Analytics?
Joining a scale-up with a proven track record of success was basically what the job description I wrote for myself looked like. Beyond that, being able to leverage my experience in B2B sales for a service that ultimately helps strengthen democratic society—what’s not to love!
Now that you’ve had a chance to familiarize yourself with it, what are your thoughts on reputation, trust, and the Reputation & Trust research model?

Our model is unique—not only because of its academically grounded approach, but also because of the actionable insights it provides. It doesn’t just reveal the structure of an organization’s reputation; it identifies the strategically prioritized dimensions that need to be developed to strengthen stakeholder behavior. It’s truly a gem.
What does your typical workday involve?
I’m a senior advisor focused on expanding our presence in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
A typical workday involves reaching out to organizations across a variety of industries and getting them excited about the prospect of understanding and improving their most valuable intangible asset: their reputation.
